Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
In the case of a contract for several goods that you have ordered as part of a single order and that are delivered separately, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement.
Withdrawal via the withdrawal function on our website
The easiest way to declare your withdrawal is via the withdrawal function on our website. You will find the button "Withdraw contract" in the footer of every page of our online shop and in your order confirmation.
The withdrawal function is available to you throughout the entire withdrawal period. No registration or customer account is required; orders placed as a guest can also be cancelled via this function.
If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium, usually by e-mail. This confirmation of receipt will contain the content of your declaration as well as the date and time of receipt.
The use of the withdrawal function is voluntary. You can also informally declare your withdrawal by e-mail, letter or using the sample withdrawal form printed below.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
Excluded are additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Compensation for Loss in Value
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
For our regular product range, there are generally no product-specific exceptions to the statutory right of withdrawal, unless expressly stated otherwise in the respective product offer.
Should a statutory exception to the right of withdrawal exceptionally apply to individual products, we will specifically indicate this in the respective product offer or in the order process.
